Anti-Termite Reticulation Cost & Estimate

Quick answer

The cost of an anti-termite reticulation system depends on plinth area, the number of wall lines covered, pipe grade, junction boxes, construction stage and site access. SKUAS shares an itemised rate after a free site inspection. Use the estimator below for your pipe length, refill points and chemical quantity now.

What decides the price

Cost factors and how they affect your quote
FactorWhy it matters
Plinth or floor areaSets the chemical quantity: 5 litres of emulsion per m² of floor area under IS 6313.
Number of wall linesMany small rooms need far more pipe than an open hall of the same area.
Coverage levelBoundary only (Basic), boundary plus internal walls (Plus) or full grid (Max).
Pipe gradeStandard 17.5 mm pipe or the 19.5 mm premium pipe for heavy-load zones.
Junction boxesOne box per 20 to 30 m of pipe; premium brass-nipple boxes on PipeGuard Max.
Construction stageBefore the plinth is easiest. Existing buildings need trenching along external walls.
Site access and cityBasements, tight plots and travel to Jaipur or Mumbai add labour time.
Refills and AMCRefills every 2 to 3 years, paid per visit or under an AMC.

What is included in every installation

Reticulation vs repeated drill-fill-seal over the years

A one-time soil spray at the foundation is cheaper on day one. But when it fades, the only way to reach the soil under a finished floor is drill-fill-seal: holes through the tiles every few feet, chemical injected, holes patched. That has to be repeated over the life of the building, with dust, noise and patch marks each time.

With a reticulation system, each later treatment is a refill through the junction boxes, done from outside in a few hours. You pay more once, during construction, and much less disruption follows for decades.

Frequently asked questions

It depends on your plinth area, how many wall lines are covered, the pipe grade, the number of junction boxes, the construction stage and site access. SKUAS shares an itemised rate after a free site inspection. The estimator on this page gives your pipe length, refill points and chemical quantity straight away.
Two buildings with the same area can need very different pipe lengths. A plot with many small rooms has far more wall lines than an open-plan warehouse. Quoting after measuring avoids surprise extras later.
The first installation costs more than a one-time soil spray because pipe and junction boxes are added. Over the life of the building it usually works out cheaper and far less disruptive, because every later re-treatment is a refill through the boxes instead of drilling through finished floors.
TermiPore pipe and fittings, junction boxes, laying on a levelled bed, a flow test, the first charge with Envu Premise SC at the IS 6313 dose, installation photos and the SKUAS written warranty for your plan.
Yes, each refill is charged separately, or covered under a refill AMC. The refill cost depends mainly on the chemical quantity, which follows your floor area.
Labour and travel vary. Delhi NCR sites are served from our Okhla Road office and Tricity sites from Mohali. For Jaipur and Mumbai our team travels for scheduled installations, which we include in the quote.
