Quick answer

A reticulation pipe system only protects while there is termiticide in the soil, so it needs a refill every 2 to 3 years. SKUAS flow-tests each loop, then pumps Envu Premise SC through the junction boxes at the IS 6313 dose. No drilling, no tiles broken, and we refill systems installed by any company or builder.

How to refill a termite reticulation system

  1. Locate the junction boxes. From your drawing or by checking the outer walls, parking and garden edges.
  2. Flow test each loop. Water first, so we know every loop is open before chemical goes in.
  3. Mix Premise SC. 2.1 ml per litre of water, as the Envu label directs.
  4. Inject the measured quantity. 5 litres per m² of floor area, split across the loops.
  5. Log and remind. You get a record of the litres per box, and a reminder for the next refill.

TermiPore recommends a refill every 2 to 3 years. Termiticide in soil breaks down slowly, so a system that has not been refilled for longer than that may no longer be protecting the building.
Yes. Most of our refill calls come from homes and societies where the builder installed the pipes. We locate the junction boxes, flow-test each loop and then refill it, whoever installed it.
Check the builder's handover file or drawings first. If there is nothing, we look along the outer walls, parking and garden edges, where boxes are usually placed. If a loop has no reachable box, we treat that zone with drill-fill-seal instead.
Before refilling we pump water through each loop. If a loop will not take liquid, we try flushing it. If it stays blocked, we tell you which zone is affected and treat it by drill-fill-seal so there is no gap in protection.
A typical house takes a few hours. Everything happens at the junction boxes outside, so you stay at home and nothing inside is drilled or moved.
We use the IS 6313 dose of 5 litres of emulsion per m² of floor area, about 465 litres for 1,000 sq ft, mixed with Envu Premise SC at 2.1 ml per litre.
