We understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund or a return for the services provided. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we will accept returns and issue refunds.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 5 business days. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

Your product will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but are typically within 7-10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Services

If you are not satisfied with the pest control services provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will evaluate your request and offer a re-service or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
